Food Service Supervisor
The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all food operations on campus including a resident/ retail dining operation. The Supervisor assumes responsibility for sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance. The Supervisor also monitors the department to make sure that the department provides exceptional culinary experiences for customers, clients and guests. The Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, coaching and inspiring hourly team members so that they can achieve company goals. May perform additional duties as assigned by Director of Dining Services.
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a high volume, quality- focused management role, preferably in higher education contract dining.
- Great communicator with exceptional training, coaching and team-building skills, as well as top-notch customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS terminals.
- Catering experience is preferred.
