Duties: Provide administrative support for multiple faculty members within the Division of Biostatistics. Duties include, but are not limited to: coordinating travel; scheduling meetings; processing accounts payable requests; preparing materials for graphic presentations, coursework, and manuscripts for publication in scientific journals; drafting and editing correspondence and other documents; coordinate all aspects of large-scale annual meetings and scientific conferences for the division; maintaining complex filing systems (paper and electronic); performing data entry in various databases and reviewing information for accuracy; providing cross-coverage for other administrative coordinators within the division; and perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications: The minimum of a High School diploma and five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills required. Experience with email, web browsers, and proficiency in MS Office suite required, with database development and maintenance skills preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; set and adhere to deadlines, effectively coordinating input from various sources. Must be able to professionally handle access to confidential information, have strong organizational skills, work effectively under pressure, and work independently.
