  • Help secure new clients and new revenue streams for CTI and develop strong relationships with partners and managers
  • Must be skilled at identifying and gaining entrance into new accounts
  • Lead generation and cold calling are essential functions of the role
  • Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of CTI's services.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve CRM efficiency, and scale our business effectively
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in CTI services
  • Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business
  • Engaging with customers via telephone and email, following sales cycle from prospect to successful deal closure
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding CTI services
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business

Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Must be proficient at cold calling with proven experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong closing skills
  • Successful at selling projects $25k and up
  • Can work independently and remotely
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and capable of seeking additional opportunities
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize the sales activity
  • Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM solutions
  • Demonstrated strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Maintain professional composure in a challenging role
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
