The Obstetrics & Gynecology Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator to join our team. Individual will provide direct administrative supervision of all staff and consultants including managing schedules, assuring for timely submission of cases, and related administrative support including timesheets, invoicing, room and trainer scheduling, purchasing, etc.Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:* Manage receipt and uploading/submission of electronic records. * Monitor and ensure compliance with established protocols.* Assure for uninterrupted delivery of services to the Texas Department of State Health Services.* Establish and maintain private, confidential file management systems to communicate about, receive, transfer, track, manage, analyze interpret and store confidential medical, legal and other records and documents of events leading to maternal death.* Adhere to all safety features to safeguard the transmittal, storage, handling and management of protected health information and other information requiring privacy.* Assist in preparation of case records for review.* Participate in MMMTF meetings and/or meetings with DSHS when indicated.* Provide administrative and analytical support to the Healthy Start program.* Assist in data analysis and report preparation.The University of North Texas System is firmly committed to equal opportunity and does not permit - and takes actions to prevent - discrimination, harassment (including sexual violence), and retaliation on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, family status, genetic information, citizenship or veteran status in its application and admission processes, educational programs and activities, facilities, and employment practices.
