HR Specialist III (Classification and Compensation)
The role of the Kennesaw State University (KSU) Classification and Compensation Unit is to oversee the job classification and compensation systems across the university's businesses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Reporting to the Manager of Compensation, the Sr. Classification and Compensation Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation and administration of classification and compensation programs and related work at KSU.

Starting salary range $47,476 to $55,000 per year.

Required qualifications: Undergraduate degree and 5 years of related experience in Human Resources OR High School diploma and 7 years HR experience
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- PeopleSoft HRIS working level experience preferred
