Independently schedules academic courses on the WSU Spokane Health Sciences campus. Coordinates with the Registrar, academic departments and Eastern Washington University (EWU) to direct the process for requesting classrooms and to maximize efficiency. Works with academic departments to produce the schedule of classes each term. Coordinate the use of videoconference resources with academic departments and site coordinators. Provide training and guidance to departments.
Required Qualifications: High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience. Two (2) years’ experience in reservations, scheduling, or special events coordination or related field. Intermediate skill level in applications using MS Office Suite and internet.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field. Advanced skill level in computer applications using 25 Live/Schedule/Resource 25 or similar scheduling software. Advanced skill level in MS Excel. Experience with videoconferencing and virtual resources. Demonstrated experience working with academic scheduling, catalog or curriculum in a higher education setting.
