40 year old home service company has immediate opening for a supervisor/trainer in our 13 seat call center. Mostly inbound calls from customers interested in our services, but some out bound calls too. The value proposition for our customers begins with the call to our office. We want a supervisor who can hire, train, coach and motivate our CSR's to provide our customers with stellar service. Want someone who knows how to smile and can maintain a "fun but serious" work environment. We're located 10 minutes west of the DFW airport in Euless. Ideally you will live reasonably close. You should have a relevant work history and good references.
