Duties: The Visitor Coordinator will be the primary point of contact and provide overall, high-quality, timely, responsive administrative planning, support, and coordination for Perry World House Visiting Fellows, Visiting Scholars, Postdocs, special guests, and other visitors, when on campus. The Visitor Coordinator will maintain the website, support other strategic communications efforts, assist with outreach, and undertake other administrative tasks that may include but not limited to making travel arrangements, preparing engagement and programmatic itineraries, planning onboarding and integration activities and other duties that may contribute to Perry World House's effectiveness.

Qualifications: A High School diploma is required, Bachelor's Degree preferred and 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Position requires strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills; self motivation; the ability to work as a part of a team and independently; a confident and professional demeanor; strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills. High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) including MS Outlook required; proficiency in Concur a plus; overall high level of computer literacy required. Ability to learn and apply new technologies, as needed. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work performance while meeting deadlines. Knowledge of Penn policies or experience in a university setting strongly preferred.
