The Cancer Center at the University of Virginia is looking for a Clinical Data Manager (CRC). This position helps to develop, build, and maintain comprehensive database for stem cell transplant and heme malignancy. This includes working collaboratively with the Center's investigators and nurse research coordinators to initiate, implement, orchestrate, and conduct retrospective clinical research. The incumbent oversees the collection and analysis of clinical data, drafts appropriate documentation to streamline processes, ensures compliance with guidelines and requirements of sponsor agencies, and acts to maintain quality management of the database.
To be considered for the position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, with at least one year of applicable experience. Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) and/or Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) certification along with a total of five years of experience as a clinical research coordinator may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
