Job Summary Project AFFIRM is seeking a part-time employee (25 hours/week) to assist with recruitment for a study of transgender, transsexual, gender non-conforming and genderqueer Atlantans. Responsibilities include: *Building agenda for weekly meetings with Principle Investigator (PI) and for site-specific meetings *Building and maintaining site-specific recruitment venue database *Conducting outreach with potential venues and stake key holders for recruitment related activities *Maintaining the site-specific participant database *Communicating with board members and organizing board meetings *Maintaining communications with other project sites *Managing recruiters by providing weekly interview and/or recruiting assignments and conducting weekly check ins *Standing by as back up interviewer *Attending recruiting events as needed *Conducting quantitative analyses using statistical software (e.g. SAS or SPSS) *Conducting qualitative analyses using Dedoose *Reports to Principal Investigator *A valid driver's license required and reliable transportation for travel to and from interviews Minimum Qualifications Completion of a master's degree with 2 years of related experience; OR completion of a bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience.
