Daily Duties and Responsibilities
Directly managing the call center
including ongoing coaching, development, and improvement of hired staff
monitoring call center activity
taking supervisory / escalated calls and enforcing work standards throughout the department.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals
5 years experience in Call Center Manager/Director position
Must have experience in preparing weekly payroll
Advanced PC skills
Must have excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent work ethics
Ability to work and motivate a large team of professionals
