GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will support the Quality and Planning department at Greenville Technical College.  Duties may include any or all of the following:

-Coordinate the college-wide assessment program to facilitate improvement in all College units to ensure compliance with college program and accreditation criteria of identifying expected outcomes, assessing the extent to which the outcomes are achieved, and provide evidence of improvement based on analysis of the results.  

-Develop and establish operating goals, policies, and procedures for the institutional assessment program, as appropriate; recommend, implement, and administer methods and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency college-wide.  

-Support the ongoing development and implementation of comprehensive outcomes assessment programs for all academic and administrative units that support the goals of the college's strategic plan, to include providing training for college personnel in all aspects of the assessment process.  

-Interpret institutional assessment findings and prepare an annual report to summarize such findings, with particular emphasis on quality of the assessment efforts and findings that influence institutional decision-making and policy development.  

-Assess and analyze annually the quality of assessment records to provide feedback for improvement of departmental and program assessment records.  

-Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree + 2 yrs relevant program experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prefer experience working with a comprehensive higher education assessment program in the SACSCOC region.  Demonstrated expertise in assessment, data analysis, and educational outcomes.  Prefer experience in supporting the ongoing development and implementation of comprehensive outcomes assessment programs for academic and/or administrative units that support the goals of the college's strategic plan.   Ability to synthesize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and prepare and present reports effectively.  Knowledge of institutional self-assessments and student outcomes assessment principles, methods, and techniques.  Advanced verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated and creative solutions.
