Team Leader / Shift Manager
The Team Leader/ Shift Managers oversee employees, interacts with guests, helps drive restaurant sales and profits and provides clear direction and leadership to restaurant employees. The Team Leader/ Shift Manager has the overall responsibility for DRIVING GUEST SATISFACTION by overseeing the people, processes and operations during the shift. He/ She drives excellence in day-to-day operations of the restaurant; trains, coaches, supports employees; plans and sets goals; focuses on in-store problem solving/process improvement; sets standards; recognizes and motivates employees. He/ She executes national marketing initiatives, monitors training processes and ensures the performance of team members. The Team Leader/ Shift Manager will conduct restaurant food safety shift audits, regularly monitor guest satisfaction, monitor product quality as well as educate and consult with employees to ensure their understanding of restaurant operations, guest service and financial performance. He/ She is accountable for coaching, supporting and training employees to achieve operational excellence.
Currently, we have two locations in Colorado (Aurora and Westminster) and are excited to speak with talented people like you. We are conducting in-person interviews Tuesdays and Saturdays between 2PM-5PM.

HS Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred, a degree is a plus)
4 Years experience in the restaurant industry, 1 year in managment
Open availablity including nights and weekends
Valid Drivers License and reliable motorized transportation
