Position Summary: Seeking clinical track resident faculty with at least five years of teaching experience and an established record of scholarship to teach in graduate programs. We are specifically seeking an experienced family or psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to teach in our advanced practice programs. The Capstone College of Nursing has over 2,300 students enrolled in programs leading to BSN, MSN, DNP and EdD degrees. At the MSN level, we offer concentrations for Case Managers, Clinical Nurse Leaders, Nurse Administrators, and Nurse Practitioners. We offer both post BSN and post MSN entry points in our DNP program.

Minimum Preferred Qualifications: Requirements for the Clinical Associate Professor rank include: a DNP or PhD degree, five years teaching experience, an established record of scholarship with publications, and Family Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (across the lifespan) national certification.This is a non-tenure earning clinical position. Renewable for 3 year periods at the discretion of the Dean based on performance, funding and need.
