Job Summary (i) Processing constituent registration applications for participation in specific Institute of Continuing Education (ICJE) learning activities, (ii) organizing and producing pre-conference materials for distribution on-site, (iii) compiling evaluation data and attendance records for post-conference reports and (iv) coordinating pre-conference venue logistics such as food service, audio visual needs, meeting space set-up and other related tasks. Also, (v) collegial interaction will be routinely required with the assigned coordinator as well as persons working in the area of financial administration. Minimum Qualifications Completion of a four year college degree plus experience in customer service, hospitality organization or other related occupations; OR any equivalent combination of experience and education from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved
