Job Description

Seeking full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. Great marketing opportunity for someone who has a passion for marketing, enjoys challenges and thrives within a fast paced environment. Fluent in Vietnamese a plus. Potential for traveling to conferences in U.S. an abroad. Individual will work closely with Regional Center Director to handle a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Manage lead and vendor database

• Social media/website content and email production

• Produce necessary marketing reports and spreadsheets

• Spearhead international investor communications

• Create marketing materials as needed

• Coordinate travel and conference participation

• Assist with business development efforts

Expectations:

• Must be very organized and a self starter

• Have excellent computer skills and marketing experience

• Maintain professional representation of the company

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Have excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Handle multiple projects with an attention to detail

• Must have excellent time management skills

• Creative and proactive approach

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Business or Communications degree preferred

• 2+ years of Business Experience preferred

• Experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint

• Experience with inDesign, Photoshop and Video production a plus

• EB-5 Experience a plus, but not required
