Duties: The administrative coordinator is a key member of the Undergraduate Division's operations team. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, this person will provide support to a variety of the division's academic and co-curricular programs. This person will work closely with many associate directors within the division to ensure the programs run smoothly and represent the high-quality work expected of division staff. This person will also assist as needed with general support of the division, including staffing the front desk and answering inquiries from students and visitors

Qualifications: A high school diploma or G.E.D. and 5-7 years of experience is required or equivalent combination of education and experience. The preferred candidate will have experience in office operations ideally in a role that intersected with a variety of people and programs. Applicant must have a strong attention to detail and have a proven record of effective customer service. Must have ability to work with many different people, to take direction, and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
