Duties: The Associate Director of Administration is responsible for handling all data management, reports, queries, audits, and analyses for the Critical Writing Program. Develops and maintains program and research databases. Works closely with the Director and other members of the program to translate needs into datasets, forms, queries, and reports. Runs preliminary data analyses including descriptive and inferential statistics. Oversees all of the program's academic systems and data needs, including enrollment management; course rostering and room scheduling; instructor and tutor data; budgeting; portfolio and student assessment; listservs, courseware, and website.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Knowledge of SRS, Qualtrics, Nvivo, CCS, Excel, Business Objects, and basic html is desired, along with readiness and demonstrated capacity to learn new technology. Ability to multi-task essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to produce high quality presentations and graphics a plus.
