Depending on Qualifications
Degree and Area of Specialization:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science or closely related field preferred.
MS/MA in Computer Science or related field desirable.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
At least one year of experience working with students, preferably in a higher education setting.
Experience in advising at a University level is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills is required.
Excellent analytical, oral, written and computer skills including use of Excel and database systems such as Access or MySQL required.
The Professional Master's Program and Capstone Coordinator for the Department of Computer Sciences plans, coordinates and administers recruiting, admissions, advising and social activities for prospective and current program participants.
