Job Summary The Assistant Director for Learning, Assessment, and Data Initiatives is a member of the Department of Student Affairs Assessment and Staff Development and the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. The Assistant Director for Learning, Assessment, and Data Initiatives reports directly to the Director of Assessment and Staff Development. Attendance and Punctuality: Is timely for work in arrival, departure, lunch, and other breaks. Anticipates the need for leave. Uses annual and sick leave appropriately according to UGA policy. Dependability: Can be relied upon to carry out instructions and responsibilities thoroughly, completely, and in a timely manner. Works independently without requiring close supervision to complete job responsibilities. Demonstrates accountability for use of time and materials. Keeps supervisor well informed on work projects and assignments. Interpersonal: Works effectively with other individuals (co-workers, supervisor, students, faculty, staff, and other constituents) in the performance of job duties. Demonstrates consistent cooperativeness, courtesy, professionalism, and tact in the handling of job responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in higher education/student affairs, counseling, or related field; 3-5 years of experience working in a higher education setting
