Job Description: This position reports to the Manager of Business Support Services and is imbedded with the Vidant IT team. The Financial Report Writer maintains and assists in the improvement of monthly and quarterly reports at the direction of the Senior Business and Financial Analyst [SBA]. This individual is heavily involved in monthly/quarterly, year-end reports and ad-hoc reporting and data analysis. This role is expected to support efforts in monitoring performance, improving reporting quality, and the availability of business intelligence related to revenue activities. The Report Writer plays a critical role in meeting leadership's regular and ad-hoc data and report needs. The individual is responsible to maintain the integrity of standard financial reports and thrives to continually improve the level of information available to RCM leaders, while using advanced techniques to streamline and automate the process. This position is critical to CFS's business continuity planning and in the absence of the Senior Business and the Analyst is expected to continue business critical baseline reporting. The incumbent will use their expert knowledge MS Access, MS Excel, including building MACROS and visual display to present financial and trending information effectively and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Technology Integration, Networking Technology, or related area and one year of experience in the information technology field related to the position's role; or Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year experience in the information technology field related to the position's role; or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, math or engineering or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Instructions to Applicants: This position is subject to the Career Banding Salary Administration Plan. Pay will be commensurate with applicant's competencies as well as budget, equity, and market considerations. Salary Grade Equivalent: 70 (for reduction-in-force priority purposes only)
