Information Technology Asset Management Analyst
We are currently recruiting for an Information Technology Asset Management Analyst for a permanent position with one of the best organization's in Memphis, TN. You will receive full benefits, along with annual merit and potential bonuses.
This position will be responsible for a broad range of activities such as, but not limited to; supervising hourly support personnel, providing effective leadership, coordination of warehouse activities, and maintaining positive relations with internal leaders and external vendors. The position will oversee receipt and delivery of IT hardware and software according to order specifications, recommend hardware standards and upgrades, and confer with other departments in order to coordinate warehouse activities. The position will be responsible for efficiently and economically utilizing the facility for receiving, storing, security and product delivery.
Performs associates performance appraisals that are timely, accurate, consistent and fair. Counsel and instruct personnel as needed. Maintains personnel records in accordance with department policies.
Takes a lead role in coordinating hardware and software support from third parties
Responds to customer calls and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. May be assigned to various facilities to independently provide support for prolonged periods.
Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
Produces regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for such productivity key performance indicators as asset management and tracking accuracy via cycle counting, put-away accuracy, shipment accuracy, slow moving inventory analysis and order selection and accuracy.
Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
Associates Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant degree preferred
Familiar with IT Management Best Practice, concepts and procedures preferred
Experience with ITIL and/or Lean techniques (Six Sigma, 5-S, standard work, layout optimization) preferred
Four (4) or more years of end-user support experience.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook)
