Tech Please LLC is looking for an IT Analyst to join it's growing help desk team. This position is an IT help desk position supporting printing issues for an enterprise environment. The candidate will be part of a team responsible for handling a ticket queue in a fast and professional manner. Tickets will be primarily printer related but the candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting all possible causes of the problem. The candidate should be experienced in troubleshooting issues related to:
-Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012
-Windows Print Queues
We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of direct experience on a busy help desk environment. Certifications/Relative Experience recommended for this position:
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA, MCSE, Windows
