Duties: The Business Analyst will work with individuals inside of Admissions and with Admissions' partners to develop solutions to best meet office needs, address issues/challenges and streamline processes by leveraging existing information systems/structures and adoption of new technology based solutions. The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing solutions inside of highly structured environments (e.g. CRM, CMS, Reporting/Analytic tools, Ticketing Systems and other systems). This position reports directly to the Vice Dean, Director of Information and Management Systems.

Qualifications: Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Expert understanding of information systems, data flow, user experience design; project management, including familiarity with project management tools. Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, highly detail oriented and proven analytic and problem solving skills. Experience creating detailed documentation/training materials - including development of governance structures.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience with CRMs (specifically Technolutions Slate CRM)
Experience with data reporting/visualization tools (Tableau/QlikView/SSRS)
Experience with SQL
Experience with web based technologies/markup languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, XSLT
