Degree and Area of Specialization:

Ph.D. in Educational Psychology or related field required.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Experience teaching courses in Educational Psychology or related field at the college level is preferred. Some experience in teaching K-12 is desired. Teaching using the on-line electronic course content delivery system Desire 2 Learn (D2L, called Learn@UW) is preferred.

Position Summary:

The on-line course is part of the department's Master of Science for Professional Educators (MSPE) program, a 30-credit, on-line MS program for in-service teachers. The course is taught to a cohort of no more than 20 students. The course is delivered entirely on-line, with planned audio/video conferencing delivered at various times throughout the semester.
