Job Description

Community Manager needed for 55+ Apartment Community located in the Kingston/Saugerties area. Ideal candidate will be a self starter, well organized, and detail oriented. The Community Manager is the initial contact with all applicants and residents. Responsible for all leasing activities, application processing, waiting list management, rent collection, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and resident relations. Knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit program required. Prior experience with Yardi helpful. Three years apartment management experience required.
