Job Description Summary:

The Division of External Relations at the George Washington University is seeking a Ticketing and Box Office Coordinator to assist with the coordination of records and reports of ticket sales. This position will report to the Ticketing Manager.

Responsibilities include:
Coordinates the allocation of tickets for artists, students, and general public; handles any internal ticket orders and comp requests; and oversees and supervises box office operations and event Will Call.

Coordinates and assists with the development of ticket stock between the client/promoter and the event coordinators.

Supervises, trains, and assists student box office employees.

Assists with the reconciliation and accounting of all ticket sales for each ticketed event.

Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of training and experience, is necessary plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree.
