Duties: Wharton Executive Education (WEE) is strategically moving to capitalize on multi-channel opportunities with a focus on delivering continued sales growth through customer relations while leveraging Wharton's renowned educational brand. A key element in driving our growth strategy is to continue to enhance our sales and engagement capability via inbound and outbound approaches.

Reporting to the Vice Dean of Executive Education, the Associate Director will support Business Development activity, including but not limited to account management and loyalty program activities. The Associate Director will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on business trends, competitive landscape and CRM dashboards. The Associate Director will be responsible for sales tools used by the Business Development Team. Additionally, the Associate Director will support all phases of the proposal process. This position acts as a liaison during class experience (testimonials, referrals, evaluations affecting marketing) and maintains client referral tracking system/provide references to potential participants. The Associate Director also acts as a liaison with Marketing, IT and Administration.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

*Demonstrated experience understanding, analyzing and reporting on business trends and the concerns of executives. Creatively offer approaches and solutions to educational and management problems based on trends.

*Proven ability to fully utilize business development, sales and other CRM systems, and the ability to develop and drive metrics and dashboards.

*Must be able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Action-oriented, results-driven approach to a professional team. ROI-driven problem solver. Results driven. Goal oriented. Thinks strategically and creatively across multiple platforms. A proven track record in achieving aggressive sales goals in the higher education market highly desirable.

*A detail-oriented, analytical leader who thinks holistically about the business development, marketing and sales cycles.

*Proven to communicate ideas to senior audiences, both in public forums and in written communication. Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations.

*Ability to work within a team environment and demonstrated supervisory experience leading and motivating the performance of a team of professionals.

*Independent, self-confident self-starter and highly credible in representing WEE with internal and external audiences.

*Ability to work within a team environment and act in lead capacity for project team.

*Willingness and ability to work early mornings/late evenings/weekends.
