The Princeton Neuroscience Institute is seeking a data coordinator for an academic-industrial partnership to develop computational approaches to the analysis of neuroimaging data. This multi-investigator project is a newly launched collaboration between scientists at Princeton University (in the Princeton Neuroscience Institute and the Departments of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering) and Intel Labs, aimed at developing and deploying new cutting-edge software and hardware technologies for neuroscience research. This is a one-year term position wtih the possibility of renewal contingent upon performance and funding.


The data coordinator will be integrally involved in the development of a new centralized data repository for the PNI-Intel project. In addition, the data coordinator will responsible for the identification and documentation of existing datasets relevant to this project as well as the anonymization, classification, and migration of new datasets to the data repository.


Essential Qualifications:

Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree in neuroscience, psychology, computer science, engineering, applied mathematics or a related field, with experience in neuroimaging and management of neuroimaging data.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of computer programming, computer languages, and software development is helpful, but not required.

The final candidate will be required to complete a background check successfully.
