Job Description

Well-established manufacturer of consumer products, located in Huntington Beach, CA is looking for an Admin Office Manager with IT experience. Ideal candidate will have extensive computer knowledge, be able to multi-task, and possess the following skills:
• IT and Microsoft Office experience is a must with proven proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Proven proficiency with ERP software, Sage, Mas90, or other ERP and CRM software required.
• Knowledge and experience with HR business practices.
• Knowledge of retail order processing including EDI procedures.
The qualified candidate will have good communication skills, display initiative, and will handle Office Admin responsibilities. If you have the qualifications outlined above and are interested in working for an innovative, dynamic company then we want to hear from you.
