Physician/Faculty - Orthopedic Infectious Diseases

The Division of Infectious Diseases is recruiting a faculty member (academic rank determined at hire) at the University of Colorado School of Medicine (Anschutz Medical Campus) who will have primary duties in clinical infectious diseases with special interest and experience in orthopedic infections. Responsibilities will include inpatient and outpatient consultative services, active involvement in the musculoskeletal infections program, participation in division educational activities, development of quality improvement and research projects.


Minimum qualifications:

Medical degree (M.D., D.O., or equivalent). Must have completed an accredited Infectious Diseases fellowship and be ABIM board eligible or board certified in Infectious Diseases.

Required competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Must demonstrate scholarly achievement.

Desired qualifications:

Experience in basic, translational, or clinical research in Infectious Diseases.
