Strategic Planning & Institutional Effectiveness is seeking a director to develop and oversee assessment initiatives for academic and administrative units. The director will act as a consultant to faculty, department chairs, and deans on the assessment of academic programs. This position will also lead the University Assessment Council, implement University-wide initiatives assessing student learning, and implement policies and plans for assessment of administrative units. The director will also conduct analysis of assessment data and disseminate findings through presentations and reports. Ideal candidates will have experience directing a range of assessment efforts and in maximizing use of assessment software for information gathering, analysis, and reporting.
