Job Summary This Food Service management position is an administrative and supervisory work position. Occupant of this position directs and monitors the general operation of Retail Dining facilities. This position will plan and coordinate training programs for staff. Supervises activities of retail dining managers and provides general direction of employees in the retail dining operations. Establishes channels of communication and exchange of ideas with customers; utilizes FoodPro system; and assist with strategic and operational planning for retail dining operations with the Associate Director and Executive Chef. This position is a senior line position and reports directly to the Associate Director of Retail Operations. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university including or supplemented by course work in dietetics and restaurant management and considerable management experience in a high volume food service unit; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
