Job Summary This position will be responsible for management of custodial duties within an assigned campus zone. The Building Services Manager position directly supervises Building Service Worker Leads and inspects work activities for care, cleaning, and monitor maintenance of campus building and fixtures. Plans, coordinates staff work and training meetings related to productivity, safety, and work performance, attendance, promotions and merit raises. Gives guidance to Building Service Worker Leads regarding personnel concerns of their subordinate employees. Assists the superintendent and is able to serve as back-up as needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED and 3 years experience in building operations and maintenance work including some supervisory or lead work experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
