Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator

As one of our Online Media Specialists, you will develop and strategize the best ways to implement online media components for our unique retail and service driven client base. From social media to email marketing, we're looking for someone that's a go-getter and wants to be able to manage a client's account from beginning to end. We are a high energy, fast moving agency searching for a person with a positive personality who's ready to add to this quickly growing department within our company!
- Strategize and execute Facebook advertising campaigns at a hyperlocal level
- Design content to support the online presence of our clients and optimize user experience
- Measure and report on all social media campaigns
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Research and implement new opportunities for clients as the emerge within the social media world
- Collaborate with other team members within the Online Media Department and more
- Coordinate messages and discuss needs with clients
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year experience with managing social media marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager and Constant Contact
- Ability to keep to timelines and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize when faced with multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Direct examples of creating and optimizing social media campaigns
