Pizzeria Kitchen/Store Manager
High paced pizzeria/sub shop currently interviewing for lead chef/kitchen/store manager to join our team.
Looking for applicants to be experienced in this area with a proven track record of success in all areas including but not limited to:
Staffing and staying within the given budget, which includes being lead on the line
Active experience in high paced areas of: Pizza, Pantry, Grill, Saute, Fry
Meeting appropriate food cost, and food inventory levels
Ensuring and maintaining quality and consistency in our current menu and offerings
Working closely at the direction of the owner, to maintain vision of establishment
Looking for applicant to be able to be on-site 6 days a week. Have control over operation 7 days a week.
Applicant to be a no-nonsense, motivated, aggressive valued member of our team. Willingness to work front terminals during slow times if needed a plus.
Position requires maintaining proper staffing, and will include hiring and scheduling.
Candidate will be responsible for the front and back of house operations.
This position will report directly to business owner, for all categories.
Profit sharing available for the right candidate, if the prove demonstrable and financial value to the establishment.
