Assistant Vice President, Audit - P&C

Client is a $5BB+ Insurance/Reinsurance carrier that writes a diverse mix of P&C and specialty lines business. Client is part of an insurance carrier that dates back over 100 years, has a global footprint in over 40 countries and has close to 10,000 employees. The group itself is one of the top 25 insurers and reinsurers in the world. The client has been acquisitive over the years and is in a post-acquisition integration stage.

The work environment is collaborative. The client's most successful executives, managers and associates have the ability to work in a mid-sized environment and have a desire to be impactful in their roles. There is good career relationship development since associates are surrounded by respected players in the insurance space.

Due to a recent promotion, client seeks an Assistant Vice President of Audit. This newly created roll is primarily related to the desire of the client to continue to develop a strong internal controls environment and to also support the focus on establishing collaborative audit/business unit relationships. Compensation is open but gravitating to the $140,000 - $155,000 range on the fixed with bonus on top of this.

All in, the role is expected to be in the $180,000 - $200,000 range. P&C and Big 4 experience is ideal. Operational Audit experience is key for this role. Travel is 10-15% A fuller job description is available.
