The University of St. Thomas invites qualified candidates to apply for an Assistant Men's and Women's Swim Coach position within the Athletics Department.

This position is responsible for, but not limited to: implementation of training program, coaching, recruitment, travel, skill development of student athletes and meet/ practice planning. Specific emphasis on daily administrative duties as assigned by head coach. Position will act as primary back-up for head coach in his/her absence.

This is a part-time, 0.25 FTE position and is not eligible for the full University of St. Thomas benefits package.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant sport experience. Experience playing and/or coaching and recruiting at the collegiate level. Must have the skills to communicate and motivate college student-athletes. Must be able to perform coaching related duties. Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs.

Preferred qualifications: Master's degree and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
