Seminole State College of Florida is accepting applications for the Director of the Faculty Center for Teaching & Learning. This position Provides strategic vision and leadership, planning and implementation of the College’s internal faculty professional development and faculty enrichment programs. Responsibilities include: day-to-day operations, assisting the college toward successful program management, managing the Endowed Teaching Chair Process, supporting the mission of the college, responsible for the fiscal wellbeing of the department, participating in activities that promote the stature of the department and the college and abiding by the mandates set by Seminole State College leadership and SACS. Reports to Associate Vice President, Academic Services.

Required Qualifications:
1. Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
2. Experience with faculty training and development.
3. 5 years of documented higher education experience as an instructor.

Desired Qualifications
1. Experience in post-secondary education and/or instructional design.
2. Experience teaching online courses.

Beginning Annual Salary is $57,529 and may be commensurate with degree and experience exceeding the required qualifications.
