Network Support Services Manager
Location CAT Building
Full/Part Time Full-Time
Provides leadership and management to the Network Services team. Network Services team is responsible for customer support, service center billing, work order management, E911 compliance.
45% - Essential - Provides leadership and management to the Network Services team. Supervise staff, manage processes and provide general oversight to the telecommunications service center. Manage E911 compliance.
25% - Essential - Provide administrative oversight for Network Services and Telecommunications work order and billing systems. Work with vendor to address system configuration and manage system life-cycle.
10% - Essential - Monitor and process monthly billing for telecommunications service center. Overall responsibility to ensure that billing is accurate and timely. Generate reporting on service center activities. Work with and provide oversight to contractors in order meet customer service goals.
10% - Essential - Provide training to staff and encourage professional development among staff.
10% - Essential - Attend training and professional development related to job duties.
A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, computer science (information technology), mathematics, statistics, management information science or a related field and experience in telecommunications, data processing and/or information technology. Relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

Manages Work of Others - Manages work of others including hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff. Plans organizational structure and job content.
Provides Budget Input - Provides input into the budgeting process, and oversees fund allocation.
