Primary Function of Organization Unit: The Department of Accounting in the Poole College of Management houses faculty specializing in the areas of audit, taxation, managerial accounting, financial accounting, and information systems. Faculty work closely with our centers and initiatives including the Enterprise Risk Management initiative. Essential Job Duties: Primary responsibilities include teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate (MBA and Master of Accounting) courses in financial and managerial accounting, financial statement analysis and accounting information systems in both a face to face and online format. The normal course load is expected to be four 3-semester hour classes each semester. All faculty are expected to contribute to the overall mission of the Department and the Poole College of Management and will be expected to be involved in department and college-level service assignments.

Minimum Education/Experience: Applicants should have a master's degree plus professional certification with a minimum of five years of work experience or teaching experience If applicant does not have a master's degree, must have a CPA license
