Assistant/Associate Professor of Real Estate

Applications are invited for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Real Estate position. We seek candidates with specialization in commercial real estate-related areas, including but not limited to real estate finance and investment, real estate development, real estate market analysis, real estate economics, real estate management, and sustainable real estate. Responsibilities include teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels, high quality research and university service. Candidates should hold a doctoral degree in a related field; prior teaching experience and an established record of scholarly activities are preferred.

The University of San Diego School of Business offers a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degree program, as well as the real estate major and minor in the BBA degree. These academic programs are supported by the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate (, a center of excellence endowed by the real estate industry in San Diego.
