About the Position

The IT Customer Service Desk Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for students, prospective students, faculty and staff for the Service Desk. This position serves as the first point of contact for students, staff, prospective students and faculty experiencing login, navigational or processing difficulty with enterprise computer systems. This position is responsible to responds to Service Desk inquiries and analyzes reported problems resolving many of the basic issues and logging Service Desk tickets to technical and functional staff to resolve those requiring more expertise.
