Clinical Skills Education Technician (Clinical Sciences)

General Description of Position: The Department of Clinical Sciences in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University invites applications for an unclassified position for a Clinical Skills Education Technician.  The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Skills Educator faculty member to plan, organize and direct work in the small and large animal clinical skills education program.  This position includes coursework and laboratory session design, model development, and participation in clinical skills program assessment.  Collaboration with students, staff, and faculty within the KSU CVM will be vital, and interactions with other CVMs and clinical skills programs will be beneficial.  Substantial teaching and evaluating of veterinary students is involved along with departmental research projects in technical and logistical support roles.   Diversity and Inclusion: Kansas State University embraces diversity, and promotes inclusion in every sector of the institution.
