The Department of Genetics and Biochemistry at Clemson University invites applications for a full-time, 9 month position of LECTURER. The primary responsibilities of this position are to teach BCHM 3050 Essential Elements of Biochemistry, an undergraduate non-majors biochemistry course, and contribute to the overall educational mission of the department by teaching other courses and lectures as needed. Expected start date is August 15, 2017. This is a renewable, non-tenure track position with opportunity for promotion. Salary level will be commensurate with education and experience and a benefits package is included.

A Ph.D. in biochemistry or a closely related discipline is required and teaching experience at the college level is preferred.
