Job description

Duties: This position is an Office Administrative Assistant in the Towne Business Office. The role of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the faculty, students, and staff. Duties of this position include performing monthly reconciliation of all purchases, data entry, maintaining logs and files, processing of purchase order requests using BEN Financials and procard, journal entries, processing of invoice payments and assisting with property management including items location and tagging.

Qualifications: High School degree and 1 - 3 years of related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Working knowledge of accounting, office standards and policies; PC proficiency; highly organized and flexible; willingness to work in an environment with changing deadlines and priorities. Professional demeanor, attention to detail and the ability to interact with all levels is required.
