Duties: Working within ISC's Technology Services on the O365/Messaging Services Team, provide critical customer-facing support for O365 and other services. Configure, troubleshoot, document and manage online services and enterprise cloud based applications, providing third-tier support for those services and applications; develop and implement new infrastructure solutions, working in conjunction with other University departments.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of related experience (a minimum of three years for the Senior-level) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with UNIX and Microsoft operating systems. Familiarity with network application programming in C, Python, Perl, Java, PHP and Powershell. Experience with web-based applications, network security tools and practices, performance monitoring, Active Directory, and private and/or public clouds preferred. Strong sense of service delivery and strong organizational and written and verbal communications skills. Ability to work as a team member with both internal and external groups. Basic understanding of University processes, including central data stores and financial systems is a plus.
