Duties: The Nutrition Education Evaluation Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing AUNI data and evaluation needs, including reviewing and accurately entering a high volume of time documentation forms into an on-line database and developing and analyzing supporting reports. This coordinator is responsible for managing evaluation schedules to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met for AUNI program reporting and invoicing. The coordinator will monitor and manage key data interfaces, provide quarterly reports, and monitor data files, data integrity, and data security. In addition to inputting time documentation for our SNAP-Ed funded program, the coordinator will manage databases that track various constituencies and program impact. Attention to detail and timeliness is crucial.

The Agatston Urban Nutrition Initiative (AUNI) is a major component of the University-Assisted Community Schools (UACS) program of the Netter Center for Community Partnerships (NCCP) at the University of Pennsylvania. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in social sciences field and experience working with urban populations with a minimum of 1-3 years work experience in database management, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Masters in Public Policy or Public Health and experience in public health research is a plus. Ideal candidates will have expertise with Microsoft applications including Access; must have expertise in Excel (including v-lookup, tables, charts, de-duplication, sorting, filters, etc). Knowledge of grant reporting and program outcomes tracking systems in a nonprofit environment required. This position requires independent thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. Knowledge of analytical tools such as SPSS, STATA, R, or SAS is required. Knowledge of ArcGIS, data conversion, databases, and online contact packages is a preferred. Experience supervising student interns a plus.

Superb customer service skills including the ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
Experience establishing and managing multiple priorities within established time frames. Ability to initiate, coordinate and organize projects and tasks accurately through to completion.
