Description of Department/Program:
The Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology conducts research and trains undergraduate, graduate and post-doctorate professionals in the science of genetics, molecular biology, developmental biology and cell biology.
Overview of Job Duties:
We seek to hire an outstanding scientist in molecular or cellular biology with preference for candidates using electron cryomicroscopy to study important biological questions. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a creative and innovative research program, to provide research training for graduate and undergraduate students, and to teach biology courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
