Post-Doctoral Fellow

The Theodorescu Lab at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical
Campus is responsible for scientific interactions and work in the area of translational cancer research. We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher with a background in genomics to join our exciting cancer research group. We use functional genomics for drug discovery as well as to help identify novel and key regulators of tumor growth and metastasis. The successful candidate will be a driven, creative, team-oriented individual with a passion for helping to discover and move oncogenic findings towards a clinical setting. We employ many different in vitro and in vivo approaches and seek individuals with a strong background in molecular biology and biochemistry as well as a strong understanding of cancer biology. Our lab has published recently in a number of high impact journals including Nature, Science, and JNCI and we hope the successful candidate will help us continue making solid contributions to cancer therapeutics. We welcome the application of recent PhD recipients and individuals seeking additional postdoctoral training

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a PhD degree and a strong background in functional genomics.
